A multi-sport club and spa in Bucharest — six activities, one membership, and a booking journey rebuilt so guests explore and reserve without ever picking up the phone.

Pescariu Sports & Spa isn't one activity — it's six: tennis, padel, squash, football, swimming and spa, all under one membership, all inside one club built for families who want both a workout and a slow afternoon in the same visit. The catch was that a club this varied is hard to explain on a website — and even harder to book without someone picking up the phone. The brief was to turn that breadth into a single, clear digital journey, from first browse to confirmed booking.

## One membership, six ways to use it

Tennis, padel and squash courts, a football pitch, two pools built for both laps and aqua fitness, a full spa and massage menu, and a dedicated Pilates Reformer studio — Pescariu's challenge was never a shortage of things to offer, it was making all of it legible at a glance.

The redesigned site organizes every activity into its own clear entry point, so a visitor looking for a padel court and one looking for a massage both land exactly where they need to, in one click.

## From phone calls to one clean booking flow

Before the redesign, exploring memberships and reserving a court or a spa slot meant calling the front desk — fine for a quick question, slow for anything else. The new platform puts the full membership journey online: browsing what's included, comparing options and requesting a booking, without a single call.

"Your whole club, one booking away." It's the single biggest shift in the project, and the one guests notice first.

## Designed for every age in the household

Pescariu's member base runs from kids in Mini Tennis and summer camp programs to adults training seriously and grandparents booking a massage — so the site had to speak to all three without favoring one. Family-facing programs got their own clear section instead of being buried under "activities," making the club's family-first positioning obvious the moment someone lands on the page.

"Court time, for every age" — "Slow down here"

## More than a club: a space to gather

Beyond courts and treatment rooms, Pescariu runs The Gallery — an on-site event space — giving the club a social life beyond memberships. Giving this its own moment on the site, rather than folding it into a generic "amenities" list, reflects what the club actually is: as much a community hub as a sports facility.
